If you can point to specific items, it is a pickup. If an entire room, garage or house needs to be emptied regardless of what is in it, that is a cleanout. We price cleanouts by estimated total loads rather than by counting individual items.

A regular cleanout is moving out items you have already sorted. Estate and hoarder cleanouts usually involve sorting on-site for keepsakes and documents, working at a respectful pace, and sometimes coordinating with family or an attorney — which is why we treat them as their own service.

We only remove and haul. If you need something installed — a new appliance, new flooring after a demo — we are happy to point you toward Mableton-area contractors who do that work well, and we will handle the debris they leave behind.
